Honey Bee visiting the patio

A honey bee visited mainly the lavender and rosemary blossoms this weekend.

Our rosemary shrub, growing in a container, is full of blossoms.

In the image above you can even see a nice dusting of pollen on the top of the bee's head and thorax.

Here the bee is getting nectar from some partially opened lavender blossoms.
