Gold Crowned Sparrow in the Meyer Lemon Tree

The Gold Crowned Sparrows are definitely sticking around.

This one perched on the Meyer Lemon tree branch for at least five minutes.

It was observing everything in the back yard, including me.

Look at all those berries on the ivy vines behind the bird.

The ivy vines are growing along the neighbors' fences, creating a lot of privacy and these delicious, juicy berries.

Hopefully we'll soon see the Cedar Waxwings visiting.

Last winter they went crazy over the ivy berries.
