Autumnal platter


You can always tell when winter is approaching here by the ripening fruit.

On the platter above are Meyer lemons, which grow all year long.

Next to it is the first Black Jack fig to ripen on our tree.

And to the right of the fig are two beautiful persimmons from a friend who has a tree growing in his yard.

I love the deep colors of these fruits.
