The best time to observe bees is in the middle of the day, or early afternoon, when the sun is at its brightest.

And where we live that means that it can be very bright outside in the summer.

Here is a very busy honey bee collecting pollen from the snow puff cosmos.

And within a minute a flower bee landed on another blossom on the same plant.
