blooming native

The Sonoma Coast yarrow achillea millefolium plants are blooming in the native garden.

Look at all those creamy umbels that should keep blooming through the fall.

This wonderful native plant attracts bees and provides great landing pads for butterflies.

It grows well in clay soil, which we have here, and can grow to 12 " in height.

So far the flower stalks are about 6" tall on this plant.
