Calla lily plants after the rain

Remember those little Calla lily shoots in my September 20th post?

Well, look at them now, after some very welcome rainfall a few days ago!

This is what they looked like today.

In January I will prune the rose bushes, and that big rose branch that's hanging over and in the Calla lilies will be at least a lot shorter or lopped off completely.
